Self Care, Emotional Health, Joy and Singing!

I've been listening to podcasts about emotional health.  (Pete Scazzero is one of my favorite at the moment)...  I learned from Dr. Nicole LePera on the Do The Thing podcast, about how important the Vagus nerve is... and to activate it, deep breathing and SINGING are effective!  I'm not good at carrying a tune, but I have lots of wonderful old songs in my heart.  Today it was, "There is Sunshine is my soul today, more glorious and bright, than shines in any earthly sky, for Jesus is my light!"  Fun to learn that singing helps keep me healthy!!
